Frequently Asked Questions
What are platform fees?
When a customer buys from your storefront, Collect Sync takes a small percentage of the sale. This covers payment processing infrastructure and platform maintenance. Stripe's processing fee (2.9% + $0.30) is separate and standard for all credit card transactions.
What about shipping label fees?
Free plan labels have a $1 surcharge. Pro plan labels have a $0.50 surcharge. Business and Shop plans get free label generation — you only pay the actual carrier cost (USPS, UPS, FedEx).
Can I upgrade or downgrade anytime?
Yes. Change your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of your billing period.
What counts as a "card" toward my limit?
Each unique line item in your inventory counts as one card, regardless of quantity. If you have 10 copies of the same card, that's 1 card toward your limit.
What card types are supported?
All types: Pokemon, Magic: The Gathering, Yu-Gi-Oh!, sports cards, Lorcana, One Piece, Digimon, Flesh and Blood, Dragon Ball Super, and more.
Do I need a credit card for the free plan?
No. Sign up and start using Collect Sync for free. No credit card required. You'll only need Stripe when you want to accept payments from customers.
Do I get my own storefront?
Yes! Every plan includes a branded storefront at yourshop.collect-sync.com with shopping cart, search, and filters. Customers can browse and buy directly from you.
